lege student, paroled a year ago
on a burglary charge after he sur
rendered because of a guilty con
science, was back in jail Thurs
day. The youth, Harold G. Lawrence,
21, was seen early Thursday by
Patrolmen Loren Krenek and Clyde
Sinner walking behind some busi
ness buildings in Northeast Port
land. He was carrying a leather
bag.
When Lawrence saw them, the of
ficers reported, he started tn run
They collared him and found the;

screwdriver.
A search of Lawrence's car,
parked nearby, turned u p other
tools, women's undergarments and
