cost of living Index going up and up, declare Federal economists.
They point to "Miscellaneous" (along with food prices) as the
villain that, as of April 15, put the Consumer Price Index up 88.7
per cent higher than the 1935-39 average. It's the little-noticed

care, that do the dirty work, say the government economics sharks.
