Commission has ordered a hearing
June 30 in Klamath Falls, Ore.,
on the application by California
Oregon Power Co., Medford, Ore.,
for a license for a proposed hydro
electric plant. -
The hearing will also cover an
FPC order to the company to show
cause why it should not apply for
a license for hydroelectric develop
ments it operates on the Klamath
River in California and Oregon.
