FIGHT C0URTMARTIAL OF SENTRY SON - Mr. and Mrs.
Dorsey McConnell with their daughter, Betty, hold pictures of their
son, Warren, as they read messages from the Army saying Warren
was sentenced to 10 years' imprisonment for falling asleep on
guard duty in Korea. The McConnells, joined by 618 townspeople
of Alloway, N. J., are fighting the sentence, claiming young
Warren was not given a fair trial. The wounded veteran of Heart
break Ridge wrote to 'his father that he had worked 72 hours
without sleep before he was posted on all-night sentry duty Nov. 10.
