Justice Black and Douglas wrote
separate opinions concurring with
the result. Justice Minton took no

The Douglas County Chapter of the National Founda
tion for Infantile Paralysis spent $7300.81 to assist a total
of 12 pnlio patients last year, it was revealed today by
Robert Bashford, chapter chairman. i
Making public the 1951 financial report of Franklyn
Voyt, Chapter treasurer, Bashford declared that services
made possible through funds raised in the 1951 March of
Dimes underlined the need for successful 1952 drive.
'The record of what has ben
done makes us all eager to con
tinue and to expand this work as
local funds when high incidence
wipes out local resources.
We were fortunate in having in
cidence of fewer cases in 1951 but
we must be prepared to care tor
all Douglas County when a flareup
occurs. '
