out before the dynamite landed
near the door of the synagogue,
Wallace said.
A 10-inch fuse was found at the
base of a tree about 30 feet from
where the dynamite landed, Wal- i
lace reported. . j
It was the first time a dynamit
ing attempt was made in Coral
Gables but the Miami area has
been stirred by a series of dyna
miting at Jewish synagogues, and
at Carver village, a Negro hous
ing project, in recent weeks.
Last Sunday 44 memorial win

cause no damage at Carver vil
lage the same day. On Nov. 30
a dynamite blast caused $22,000
damage at Carver village. No one
was injured.
No arrests have been made and
police say they have uncovered no
clues. Rewards totaling $8,700 have
been offered for information lead-
ine to the arrest and conviction
of the dynamiters.

Iran Threatens
To Sell Her Oil
Output To Russia
TEHRAN, Iran UP) Iran
has treatened indirectly to offer
2.5 million tons of oil products for
sale to Russia or her satellites un
less western buyers take it off
Iran's hands almost immediately.
Deputy Premier Fatemi told a
news conference that Iran's diplo
matic representatives abroad will
deliver notices within the next
three days giving the western buy
ers 10 days to buy the oil, now in
storage tanks at Abadan.
This action was announced as
33 opposition deputies and news
paper editors remained camped in
side the parliament building. They
claim "government gangsters" are
threatening their lives. They have
rafted a formal appeal to the
United Nations charging the gov
ernment of Premier Mossadegh is
violating their fundamental human
rights.
