old A. Seiler, 47, was serving a 40
ycaib prison term for armed rob
bery, he used his proficiency in
masonry and woodcarving to help
construct the prison's "chapel of
the good -thief."
His work won him a release from
Clinton stale prison at Dannemora,
N. Y., in 1948, with half his term
served. i
But now Seiler is on his way
back to priscu;.
He was sentenced Tuesday to
two conscculive terms of 13 to 14
years each for illegal possession
of a sub machine gtin and three
loaded pistols.
The weapons were found by po
lice last year in a raid on Sell
er's Manhattan apartment.
Oil Products' Rationing
Unlikely, Agency Says
WASHINGTON' (JP) There is
little likelihood that oil oroducts
will have to be rationed this win
ter, Al Frame of the petroleum
administration for defense says.
Frame told an industry group

but for all other petroleum prod
ucts I can't see where there will
be any rationing."
Secretary of the Interior Chap
man has cautioned that some ra
tioning of oil products may be nec
essary in eight to ten months if
the industry does not get the steel
it needs for pipelines and well
drilling.
