school gymnasium.
The program opened with an en

girls and the officers, following
the presentation of the national
flag, carried by the associate pa
tron, John Benakis, who w es
corted by the marshal, Ida A. Ed
son, after which the chapter choir

future. About thirty past matrons

troduced. The history of the chanter was
prepared and read by Lulu Pratt
Sheriff, the chapter's historic,

sweetpeas. Bridesmaids were Miss

carried nosegays of white sweet
peas. Miss Bonnie Webber and Miss
Ls McKinney lighted the candles.
They wore lavender formats with
wristlels of tiny rosebuds.
