"consistency, thou art a jewel"
ait eld proverb
Olympia Beer was first introduced in 1896, it met with
widespread public favor due to its rare flavor, constant purity
and light, sparkling quality. Connoisseurs of fine beers remarked on the
consistency of its taste, a rare achievement in the art of brewing.
The preservation of this brewing formula became an Olympia tradition.
Today, in keeping with this tradition, the second and third
generations of the founder's family continue to combine the costliest
ingredients with the rare natural brewing water from our artesian wells to
make Olympia the same fine beer as it was over fifty-four years ago.
Yes, for three generations, Olympia's "Consistency" has been treasured like
a precious jewel. Its quality, flavor and constant purity have never changed.
