team of the junior class is in the
process of being decided in the
physical education classes at the
Senior high school.
All classes are now running off
a round robin tournament which
will continue through this week
And next. When the winners in
each Kvm class are determined.
they will play off and the team ;

crowned champion.

day with the delivery of contracts
signed by first baseman Eddie
Waitkus, pitcher Ken Heintzelman,
rookie pitcher Paul Stuffel, catcher
Ken Silvestri and outfielder Bill
Ixios. Waitkus is believed to have
signed for $18,000.
