were exchanged and a talk was
given on a recent trip to Camp
White by Mrs. Myrtle walker

The Dupervocs of the Horizon
club held an important business
meeting Monday to make plans
to go caroling Friday night at
seven-thirty o'clock. The group
spent the social hour practicing
Christmas carols.

In Automobile Crash
SOCORRO, N. M., Dec. 22.'
H Mrs. Richard F. Bracken
ridge, wife of a Parkland, Wash.,
war hero, was killed Tuesday in
an auto accident near Socorro.
State police said she apparent
ly fell asleep while driving. The
auto left the road and nit a
bridge.
The woman's husband, winner
of .the .Navy cross and congres
sional medal of honor, received
a broken right , thigh. . Their
daughter, Sally, 2J, was unhurt.
Breckenridge is in the School
of Mines, hospital. His. condition
is serious. .
