Roseburg, r at six-thirty o'clock,
Saturday, ' December 3rd. Dr.
Morris H. Roach performed the
ceremony. The church was dec
orated with pastel-colored chry
santhemums. Candelabra with
lighted tapers' completed the ar
rangement. Mrs. Luella Cunning
ham and Mrs. Bessie Siemers
arranged the decorations and
acted as hostesses.
The bride, given in marriage
by her father, was charming In
a wine-colored suit,' with grey
accessories. She carried a white
Bible topped- by a large orchid
tied with a shower of white satin
ribbons. The bride's mother wore
a ,gfeen dinner ,dress-witb..black
accessories . . and a . corsage oi
white carnations. .
. Miss Donna Sutton was maid
of honor. She wore a green suit
with a corsage of white carna
tions. Otis Clayton acted as best
man. Miss Shirley Williams light
ed the candles. She wore a grey
suit and her corsage was a wrist
let of white carnations.
The bride and the bridal party
entered the church to traditional
wedding music played by Mrs.
Homer Grow. The musician also
accompanied Mr. Ralph Church
who sang "Because" and "I Love
You Truly."
A reception followed in the
church parlors. The bride's table
was covered with a lace table
cloth, and a four-tiered wedding
cake was topped by a miniature
bridal couple. The cake was first
cut by the newly married couple
and served by Miss Donna Sut
ton. Mrs. Floyd Epperly presid-

"Awareness of Blessings" was

held Dec. 21 at the home of Mrs.

winners in the Roseburg area of
Queen for a Day contest.

evening at the meeting which al

number with Anne Mellht at the
piano. Miss Mellis also accom

lection.
