murder charges against the Bre

The 31-year-old mother or two

she paid a $324 down payment
to have her husband killed. She
said his persistent love-making
over their 15 years of marriage
prompted tne plot.

formation did not justify the
charge that the issue was one

Judge Sutton agreed.
Munro promptly served oral
notice of appeal. He torn news

upholds Judge Sutton, he will file

Mrs. Piatt with conspiracy to at
tempt murder.
