UP) Premier Marshal Tito said Wednesday "We shall fight and we shall fight endurlngly to pre vent Yugoslavia's subjugation by Russia. Amtorg Yields To Agents Law, But Charges Remain NEW YORK, Oct. 28. p- Russia's Amtorg Trading corpora tion Wednesday announced tna It w!;i obey the law requiring to register under the foreign agents registration act. The corporation and six off! cials were indicted last Friday on cnarges or taiiure to register. In Washington, a Justice depart ment spokesman said the Drom- lse to obey the law "does not legally affect the Indictment." He declined further comment. Announcement that the Soviet purchasing agency will comply with the law was made at a hear ing before U. S. Commissioner Edward W. McDonald on the question of removing five of the olllclals from New xork to Wash ington, where the indictment was nanded down. The five are free in $15,000 cash bail each. They were arrested in New York a few hours after the Washington grand jury Indicted them. A sixth official Is believed to have returned to Russia. Isidore G. Boise Motorist Badly ' Hurt In Auto Accident BAKER, Oct. 28.-UB Frank Martin, Boise, Idaho, is in a crit ical condition here as the result of a car accident near Baker early Wednesday. Martin was driving on the Pon dosa highway 10 miles north of Baker when his car overturned throwing him out and leaving him with a skull fracture and possible back fracture. State police said he is the son of F. D. Martin, prominent Boise attorney.
