OWENS ANNOUNCE MARRIAGE OF DAUGHTER, BESSIE Mr. and Mrs. George Owens of Rice Valley announce the mar riage of their daughter, Miss Bes sie, to Andrew Rush, son of An drew Rush Sr., of Moonstone, Calif. The wedding took place at six o'clock Tuesday evening, Au gust 23, at St. Paul's Lutheran church in Roseburg. Mr. and Mrs. Owens, parents of the bride, and Russell Owens, brother of the bride, were the only attend ants. The bride has been a student at Yoncalla high school. The cou ple will make their home for the present in Rice valley. A fine report on the booth at the county fair was given by the committee and al though no prizes were given, it was well worth the time and work given to It.
