8:00 A. M. Flag ceremonies. 50 flags to be placed by Scout troops.
10:00 A.M. Pet parade. Parade will start at depot and end at City
Park. Prizes for pets in boys and girls division. Decorated
bicycles tots. Free ice cream, cake, pop, candy, gum and
whistles to all.
11:00 A. M. Junior sports: Good prizes for all.
Events: Greased pig, greased pole, three-legged race, sack
race, potato race, egg race, foot races, pie eating, and
model airplane. 11
2:00 P. M. Junior baseball. Roseburg vs. Sutherlin.
2:30 P. M. Sally Hilt Variety Show in H. S. gymnasium.

1:30 P.M. Trucking contest at City Park. New trucks furnished by
Pitchford Motor Company and Sig Fett. . Prizes: $215.00
worth of tires by Barcus Sales Service.
Other contests: Splicing, bucking, chopping, high climbing
