The United States has by agreement been given the right to authorize its purchasers to use certain roads and rights- of-way for the removal of timber. It is the bidder's responsi bility to determine for himself the extent to which such agree ment will permit the use of the road or right-of-way subject to the payment of reasonable com pensation to the assignor of the United States.
