Puruant to the provisions of th "Local Budget Law", being section! 110-1201 to 110-1215 O. C. L. A. notice ii hereby given that
the budget committee of Douglas County, Oregon, in complance with said law, prepared and adopted on May the 19th, 1949, the budget
estimates for said Douglas County, Oregon, lor the 'ensuing nscai year Beginning juiy in m, , . .

All persons are hereby notified that on Tuesday the 28th day of June, 1949, commencing at the hour of 10 o clock in the forenoon
of said day in the Circuit Court room at the Court House in Roseburg, Douglas County, Oregon, said budget estimates for the ensuing
fiscal year ending June 30th, 1950, for Douglas County, Oregon, may be discussed with the County Court, the levying board for said
county, and any person subject to the proposed tax levy or tax levies will oe neara in iavur ui ur agaiu.i a.u
levies or any part thereof. The estimates of the expenditures to be required, the miscellaneous revenue to be received, and the taxes on
the property to be levied as prepared by said budget committee and adopted on May the 19th, 1949, arc as set forth in the accompanying
statements and said statements show a summary of the indebtedness, If any, as of April the 1st, 1949.
The orielnal estimate sheets as required by Section 110-1201 O. C. L. A. have been placed on file in the office of the County
Clerk of Douglas County, Oregon, at Roseburg, in said County, and may be Inspected by any person or persons interested therein.
