Therefore, In planning a get-together for your graduating senior and his classmates, keep it simple but make it ample. If you don't want hamburgers, then serve salad rolls and sand witches to avoid need for forks, and buy bottled carbonated bev erages by the case. Buy them far enough in advance to chill thor oughly before serving, then pack them back in the cases for con venience in handling. Tuna Salad Rolls (For 12) Twelve soft finger rolls, butter, 12 crisp lettuce leaves, 1 can tuna fish 17-ounce), 1 green pepper, cut fine, 4 tablespoons chopped pickle, 1 cup finely cut celery, vl tablespoon lemon juice, salt, pep per, mayonnaise. Prepare rolls as above. Mix fish and other Ingredients, with mav onnaise to moisten. Fill rolls and garnish with 2 slices stuffed olive. Spring salad Rolls (For 12) Twelve soft finger rolls, butter, 12 crisp lettuce leaves, l'A cups grated, crisp raw carrots, cup finely cut walnuts, 1 cup cooked, chilled green peas, about 13 cup mayonnaise. Slit the rolls along the top and about half way through so they can be opened. Spread them light ly with creamed butter and line each roll with a lettuce leaf.
