Square dances will be presented by boys' and girls' gymnasium classes, while tumbling acts will be pre sented by boys' classes. Each grade school will pre sent its own performance. The May queen and her court will be crowned. The band will furnish music for the perform ance. Also featured will be the high school choruses and roller skating numbers. Two big platforms are being erected on Finlay Field one for the band and choruses and other entertainers, the other for the queen and her court. W. J. Mess, building supervisor for the School District, Is direct ing the construction of the plat forms, being erected by members of the band. Clayton Warner Funeral Set At Myrtle Point Funeral services for Clayton Warner, 52, who died here sud denly Friday, May 13, will be held Wednesday, May 18, at 11 a.m. in the Schroeder Chapel in Myrtle Point with the Roseburg Funeral Home In charge of the arrange ments. Mr. Warner was horn March 30, 1897, in Myrtle Point and had lived in Oregon his entire life. He had lived in Roseburg for the past year. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge. Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Thena Warner, McMinnville; a sister, Mrs. Dorothy Druliner, Mc Minnville, and three brothers: Lloyd Warner, Malln; Wallace Warner, Coqullle, and Auldon Warner, Sweet Home. Interment will follow In Nor way Cemetery beside the grave of his father, who died in 1936. Amended Complaint In Damage Action Filed Damages totalling $16,643.75 were asked by Adclla Riley of Myrtle Point In an amended com plaint filed Monday in Circuit Court against the Pacific Grey hound Lines, Wallace A. Denman, and Arch M. Klrtley. The plaintiff states that she had boarded a Greyhound bus at Myrtle Point, while en route to Portland May 11. Three miles east of Reedsport, on Highway 38, the complaint recites, the bus met a dump truck on the wrong side of the highway and, in at tempting to avoid a collision, went over an embankment. Both the bus driver, Denman, and the truck driver, Kirtloy, were charged with negligence in operating their vehicles.
