Prisoners Drill Hole In
Jail Wall For Heat Pipe
Prisoners at the Roseburg city
jail drilled a hole through the 10
inch jail wall yesterday.
They helped install a hot air
pipe to warm the bastille's in
terior. The city reportedly had a hand
in furnishing the prisoners with
