Common Council of the City of Riddle,
Oregon, has by Ordinance No. 1.
passed by the Common Council and
approved by the Mayor February 34th.
1947. called a special election of the
qualified voters of the City of Riddle.
Oregon, which election will be held in
said City on Tuesday the first day of
April, 194T. for the purpose of voting
upon the question of authorising the
Common Council of said City to issue
and sell general obligation bonds of
said City in the sum of SI 6. 700.00 fur
the purpose of providing funds for the
construction of a Sewage Disposal
Plant. Purchase the necessary site for
said plant, and constructing all neces
sary Intercepting sewers to connect the
present sewer system with said plant,
said bonds to mature serially and bear
interest at not to exceed six per cent
per annum, payable semi-annually.
