locks off two steel doors to the
vault in an apparent attempt to
obtain sugar stamps. But officials
said the rationing stamps ior
sugar are kept in a bank.
The thieves, however, passed up
100 pounds of sugar in a potato
sack which is being held for
evidence in a pending court case.
