very pretty home wedding, held
at Ihe home of the bride's pa
rents, Sunday, August 17. The
living room was beautifully deco
rated with large bouquets of as
ters, gladioli and ferns. Lighted
I alters were used on the impro
vised altar, where the bridal
party stood.
Rev. Wayne Jensen, pastor of
the Yonealla Church of Christ,
performed the ring ceremony In
the presence of relatives and1 a
few ' friends of the bride and
groom. Mrs. Jensen sang, "f
Love You Truly,' 'before the cere
mony and also played the wed
ding marches.
The bride, who was given ill
marriage by her father, wore a
navy blue silk afternoon dress,
with white accessories and a
corsage of gardenias. Miss Lc-
vernla Dupper, sister of the
groom was maid of honor, and
Glenn I'hilllps, brother of the
bride, was best man.
A reception followed the cere
mony. Ihe bride is a graduate of
Yonealla high school class of ''11.
