It is very needful that we
come to ihe realization of our
dependence upon God. That we
nre a part of something that
is larger than ourselves. As we
yield ourselves to the great on
rushing stream of life from
Sod we are transformed by the
power of grace divine, hence
we move to the guiding hand
of God than we can under
stand. That should make us
humble. Amen.

The Six Jolly Cooks had a tea
party for their mothers Friday af
ternoon at the home of Mrs.
Ernest Voorhies, leader. A short
program consisted of a reading
by Bonnie Jean Matthews, a song
by Sybil Harp, and two songs by
Ihe Six Jolly Cooks. The group
then served their mothers and
teachers dainty refreshments. Vis
iting was enjoyed following the
