the bride, acted as attendants.
The bride wore a black tailleur
with white accessories and a cor
sage of violets. They will make
their home at Myrtle Point,
whore the bridegroom is em

Of Cooper Springs Users Get
Circuit Court Confirmation
An order confirming the report
of the state engineer In establish
ing rights of users to water from
Cooper snrings was made In cir
cuit court hero today as another
step in the fnurvearold effort to
establish the Roberts Creek water
district. The case has been In
the courts for throe years In an
effort to set up a system which
would supply water for domestic
and farm purposes for a large ter
ritory, Including the Roberts
crook, Clongarv, Greens and
Ilanpv vallov communities.
In attempting to secure water
from Cooper springs as a source
of supplv for the distribution
system, the water district brought
condemnation proceedings against
those holding water rights. The
court held that no action to de
termine damages could he enter
tained until the respective rights
of each claimant had been de
termined. Hearings thereupon were held
before the state engineer, who
examined evidence pertaining to
priorities and use of water for do
mestic, inigaloln and stock water
ing purposes. The engineer re
cently filed bis report which sots
forth the rights of each of the
1G claimants and the court called
for a hearing today of any objec
tions to the report. No objections
were filed and an order confirm
ing the report was entered.
The action taken today makes
it possible for the board of the
water district to agree with claim
ants upon the amount of dam
ages to be paid to each, and If
agreements cannot bo reached to
proceed by regular condemnation
