funds they need from an individual,
production credit association, bank,
or other concern are not eligible

tion of the Farm Credit adminis
tration. The loans will not lie made
to standard rehabilitation clients
whose current needs are provided
for by the Farm Seeurity adminis
tration, formerly known as the He
settlement administration.
As in the past, farmers who ob
tain emergency crop and feed loans
will give as security a first lien
on the crop financed, or a first lien
on the livestock to be fed if the
money borrowed is to be used to
produce or purchase feed for live
stock. Where loans are made to tenants,
tin landlord, or others having an
interest in i he crops financed or
the Hvesloi'It to he led. are required
to waive their claims in favor of a
lien to the governor of the Farm
Credit administration until the loan
is repaid.

As to the vaccines, of which (hero

authoritative opinion is that they
cannot as yet be recommended to

smallpox vaccination or immuniza
tion against diphtheria is recom
mended. The ininmntzinp effects of the

listically, it appears that Ihe vac-
