the America Ited Cross has been
asslgued a quota of t60 as Its share
of the million-dollar fund for relief
of civilians In war-torn districts ot
China, Dr. B. ft. Shoemaker, dis
aster relief chairman ot the local
chapter, reported today.
Efforts will be made to complete
the China relief fund by June 16.
Recent reports to lied Cross
headquarters, Dr. Shoemaker states,

homeless in areas accessible to for

of two men In the Klamath river,
several miles upstream from tho
town of Klamath.
