In romovliig tho depressing surplus
from the market.
With prosont low prlcos or roe

OAKLAND, Calif., March 21.
(AP) Tho Itov. U. 10. Harding, of
1'nrtlnnd, Ore., suld today ha would
decline, for tho time being at least,
offers from two men to provide
tissue from their eyes to restore
his railing sight.
The minister said he would not
accept tho Hid from a "healthy" por
son until he was forced to glvo up
his oltoris to Hociii-o the cornea tis
sue necessary to suvo him from
blindness from one dying or con
demned to death.
Me Indicated he would seek In

moro of 12 condemned Inmates of
Kim (Jiicnlin prison.
The Itev. Mr. Harding said one
offer hud come from nn unmarried
man, 30 years old, who said he was
out of work und thought he might
change Ills luck by doing "some
thing for society."
A group of Han Francisco eye
