spiracy charges today in connec
tion with tho nit-down strike at
the iJouglas Aircraft factory,
Santa Monica, last Fabruary.
The jury hail been out since lust
Friday afternoon in tho second
trial of thu case. The first trial
resulted in a hung Jury last July.

union organizers. William Huslck
and Andrew Schmoulder,.
The lurv found the 22 iefend-
anta guilty today of conspiracy tu
commit forcible detainer. They
were accused also of laallcious
mischief.
"We also recommend," the
jury said in a note to Superior

Judge Ambrose ordered the de
fendants to return lo court next
