Allow It to rest over night or until the starch of caino bhs been formed. Pour tho water off. ndd boiling milk, stirring slowly, while adding to water you just poured orf. Add this dark milky Folutfon to the grated pota toes, stirring all the time. Add eggs well beaten, prated onion and salt to taste. Fry to a golden brown (n a pan In hot fat Omit the onion if preferred. Air turns the potatoes dark, making the cakes a novelty. This recipe was very popular in the '90s.
