CHARGES AGAINST
HUBBARD DROPPED
Charges recently brought against
A. M. Hubbard, accused of petty
larceny, havo been dismiHHed from
the Reedsport court. Hubbard was
arrested with C. K. Glendeiiin,
charged with tbe theft of parts
from a donkey engine near Reeds
port. Hubbard, it was shown, had
no knowledge of the theft, with
which Glcndcnfn was charged also,
and the charge against hi in was
dismissed. Glendonln was also re
leased after the owner of the prop
erty refused to prosecute, a settle
ment having been made.
