Has Minor Operation According
to word received here. Grant Hel
man, of Petaluma, California, un
derwent a minor operation last
week-end when he had his tonsils
removed. Mr. Helman Is the father
of Mrs. Fred Jones or this city and
is well known here, having spent
several months In RrtVeburg visit
ing. Mrs. Helman Is still ill at her
home In Petaluma. Mrs. Jones will
remain In California for several
days yet.
