tenth (1-10) each year, tho first
payment being payable one year
from the date of Issue.
The Couucll reserves the right to
reject any and all bids. Each bid
must be accompanied by a certified
check or draft for the sum of
$500.00 payable to the City of Rose
burg, to be forfeited to tho City In
case the successful bidder shall
fail to complete the purchase.
