of ceremonies. Addresses will be '
made by Mark V. Weatherford,
major of Albany; Paul V. Maris,
director of the O. S. C. extension
service; Governor Patterson, Presi
dent W. J. Kerr of . S- C. There
will be a number of musical num
bers. Climaxing the program O. M.
Plummer, manager of the Pacific
Livestock exposition, w ill present
the Moses trophy and young ,
Grimes will respond.

Moses trophy. He won out over all
contestants and was awarded the
huge silver trophy and a free trip
to the national club congress at
Chicago.
Young Grimes has been In club
work since 1!21. During that time
he has completed 31 projects and
made 178 exhibits at fairs. He led
one club last year and seven this
year to loo per cmt completion.
Prises In cash, livestock and trips
won total $2,722 Including a HTM
heifer given this year by Governor
Patterson to the best dairy club
member in the state. In addition,
he owns more than $2,000 In live
stock and has sold animals to the
Rggregaie value of $1,200. He fin
ished high school last year with
highest honors and will enter the
state college as a freshman next
year.
