Clowns Real Christy Attraction
The Christy Bros. Circus which will be here next Friday for two
performances has an army of clowns on its roster of attractions and
they will not only make you laugh at them but with them, these mighty
monarchs of merriment and mirth have a philosophy all their own.
which is to make two laughs grow where none had been before, and
unlke most philosophers they have the ability to make their philosophy
come true.
Having five rings and a hippodrome track Is a new Idea, that Is so
five troupes of liberty horses can perform at. once. Sumo way with
the elephants five herds nt a clatter.
It would seem that ufler Inking first place among nil the circuses
.that ever existed, the Christy Circus would he content with that great
distinction. But such is tiot the case. Not content to let well enough
alone, they have contrived to still further enlarge their wonderful
organization 'and today it stands as a sort of world's eighth wonder.
The two mile long parade will leave the show grounds promptly at
noon, and performances are scheduled for two for the afternoon and
eight for the night show. Doors will open an hour earlier so that all
may have an opportunity to visit the menagerie.
