world mystery. SO nearly as can
be ascertained It was finally cut
into three gems, one of which, the
Orlotf, being stolen from an In
dian idol, and presented by a Rus
sian prince to Catherine II. It Is
the center of many grim stories.
Another piece formed the, Koh-i-noor,
