known on this coast have been se
cured for the meotitiK, which this
year is called the "His Call" con
vention. Hev. Walter Meyers of the
Eugene Bible university is one of
tho principal speakers and -.there
are also on the program Paul
Drown, Pacific coast secretary of
tho Chrlstlun Endeavor Union of
Los Angeles, and Dallas Rice, state
field secretary from Portland.
Pre-roglstrntlon was held this
year and to the present date thirty
nine in the county have registered.
It is expected that quite a large
delegation will attend the sessions
and the county union has also in
vited to nttend the young people of
other denominations in the county,
tho Christian Kndeavor Union in
this county bolng made up princi
pally of the young people ot the
Presbyterian and Christian de
nominations. Friday evening will be princi
pally devoted to registration and
assignment of delegates, devotlon-
als and an address followed by a
social period. Saturday morning
there will be .conferences, an
nouncements and reports of society
presidents and during the after
noon session a conference will take
place, tile various committees meet
ing. Saturday evening there will bo
a banquot at tho Sutherlln hotel.
Afterward election of officers and
the intermediate oratorical contest
will feature tho Bossion. For Sun
day morning there will bo tho
Qulot Hour, led by IDullns Rioe and
in tho afternoon a BpeoliU program
