Circuit Court, went to tho Jury

dlet had been returned. The case
taken up immediately following
the Stearns case was that of H. J.
Shlnn against George V. Sanders,

Plans for the new sQiool build-
ling at Days Creek are being
drawn up by L. W. Metzger, local
architect. The building wl be a
four room school house, the school
maintaining n consolidated grade
and high school in the one build
ing. Plans for a modern construc
tion are being made and the school
will have a heating plant and mo
dern heating plant and modern
plumbing. The place selected for
the school is on a new site iQuth
of the present school. Contract
for the building will be nwarded
