Marsters had charge of the program and gave a splen did report of the natlonul confer ence of officers and speakers of the W. C. T. U. held recently -in Portland. The subject of discussion for the afternoon was "How the Union Signal .Helps," and sevtSral members responded to roll ' call, with quotations from the paper. Mrs. G. W. Young took up the matter of making garments for the children of the Farm Home at Corvallls. Arrangements were made for the Home Makers confer ence dinners to be given by the W. C. T.
