touched the crank, the machine
started to movo, passing over his
loft foot, which wiih badly injured

Mr. Campbell was brought to this

who had accompanied him on the

termine if bo is suffering from any
other injuries.

night, authority was given the
board of directors to lease the lo
cal cannery plant, or give an op
tion Tor the sale of the property,
providing a suitable deal could be
negotiated. The present company
does not Intend to operate tins
year, due to lack of finances, and
in the event a sale can be made or
a satisfactory lease arranged with
some outside concern the directors
will have power to complete the
deal. This authority was granted
at this time so that it would not
be necessary for-the directors to
have to call a meeting of the stock
holders in the event a proposition
was offered. :
