K. L. Wells, of Anchor, on Cow
Crook, must stand trial on t.ie
charge of spotlighting deer. He
was arrested last week by Came
Warden Fred Merrill who made an
investigation of the alleged offense.
Mr. Mrrill asserts that Vels kil
led three bucks, two does and a
fawn, soveral of which spoiled.
The trial will be at Roseburg.
