Rules of the Contest
1. $1,000.00 in cash will bp nwnrded by the General Petroleum
Corporation (or the name that is the best) in the opinion of tho
judges, lor the new General (?1 Gasoline.
2. In case of a tie all tying contestants will receive the full
amount of the prize.
S. The contest officially opens August 2nd and closes August
Stst. All entries bearing the August 31st postmark will be
judged.

B. In judging the nnmes tho Judges will award:
Up to 75 points for usefulness of name descriptive value,
adaptability to advertising, sales effort, etc.).
Up to 15 points for originality of name.
Up to 10 points it name is written on blank obtained from
a General Independent Dealer.
6. The decision of the judges is to be final.
