was tried by Judge W. M. Ram
sey. Quartier was charged with
.lolling intoxicating liquor. He
was arrested December 1925,

In the appeal to the supreme
court Qoartier's attorneys made
three assignments of error on the
jpart of the trial judge in his In
structions to the jury, all of which
are overruled by the supreme
court.
