This Ii perhaps the automobile's
banner year Ju the role of a Christ
in present. Throughout the coun
try motor cur dealers report an In
creased number of tiiders bearing
1 he instruction "To be delivered
Christmas morning."
There 1b no gainsaying the fact
that an automobile iff the Ideal
family'! gift to the family. It pro
Ion the thrill of Christina morn
Iiik through the year and pays lis
own way In convenience and use
ful ness.
It Is entirely within reason to say
that there in no one thing which
can serve the entire, family more
or biiutf greater general pleasure
than a cur.
However, pooling of the family
funds Is not the automobile's only
participation In the holiday giving
spirit. It offers possbilties as & big.
Individual gift, highly acceptable
and impressive yet at a coat that
may be distributed in easy pay
inputs over a long period.
According to IL T. Hansen, Chev
rolet dealer here, various models
of their line have been ordered con
signed to curtain persons on
Christmas.
"The presentation of a Chevrolet
to a school boy or girl seems to be
quite the thing this season," says
"in days gone by, children were
limited to educational facilities of
Lheir immediate neighborhood.
Either that or the family had to
J pack up and move to a new loca
tion near the partciular school de
sired. "The latter, of course, was not
always convenient or practical but.
thanks to the present era of indi
vidual transportation, students, of
the family may now attend any in
stitution of learning' within a twen-
ty mile radius of home without ser
ious inconvenience.
"We are also delivering a number
of sedans and coupes to house-
j wives this year.
"it Is no longer the custom of
the land for the lady of the house
Uo be marooned all day without
! means of transportation to and;
i from marketing or afternoon social
: affairs.
"There la truly no greater ex
i pre salon of thoughtfulness on the
'part of a husband for his good
, wife than the presentation of a
personal car," concluded the deal

of Star dealers, (ary Kapp, of this
city, and George Sunders, of Drain,

Then too, there are Individual
gifts for each member of the fami

like a cigar lighter, a pair of driv

There Is also the opportunity to
reciprocate for the many Invita

enjoy throughout the year. There
are dozens of 'accessories that

show their appreciation of the
