A concert and dance will be given
by the Douglas County Concert
Band at Oakland next Friday night,
according to an announcement
made today. The band app-nred in
a very pleasing program at the Ant
lers theatre last Wednesday night,
and as this concert proved so popu
lar here' It was decided to give a
program at. Oakland, to be' followed
by a dance. The band has shown
great progress In the paBt Bummer
and fall, and It Is believed that it
