shown at the poultry show
here next week when ten
specimens will be exhibited.

poultry hybrid, believes that
next November It will be the
turken's turn to crow at 70
to 80 cents a pound. The fur-
ken's meat Is said to be pre-
domlnantly turkey In flavor,
but more delicate and finer
texture.

on books mailed. When the amount

"on the authority of one of Port
land's foremost bankers," it was
stated In the local financial district
today that the control of the com
mon stock of the Crown Willamet
te Paper company had passed yes
terday to an investment banking
group at f 300 a share for the 200,
000 shares approximately, out
standing. This class of stock con
trols the corporation.
The group mentioned as having
obtained control Is headed by
Blythe. Witter and company, in as
sociation with the Continental
Commercial and Trust Savings
