the city court Mrs. Kllenau claim
ed that she was attacked and beat

returned a verdict of not guilty.

, The Model Dairy delivery truck
was wrecked this morning Just
south of the Riverside store, the
machine turning over In the ditch
beside the highway. E. E. Morgan,
the driver, escaped without serious
Injury.
The gravel shoulder along the
highway through Riverside has
been broken away from the pave
ment, making It difficult for a driv
er to get his rar bark on the road
after one of the front wheels allpa
otr.
Mr. Morgan wss on his way nut
to the dairy about 4 o'clock this
morning, and In passing another
car was pushed to one side so far
that-a front wheel went out onto
the shoulder. The wheel could not
be pulled back quickly enough and
the machine skidded to the right
side. A rear wheel collapsed as the
truck bit the gravel, allowing the
nutcnln. to turn over on Its sldei
Fortunately Mr. Morgan escaped
with only a few glass cuts. The
car was not seriously dsmsged.
