fitting testimonial to Tyrua
Haymond Cobb, manager of
the Detroit American league
baseball club. Cobb will
celebrate his twentieth anni-

Murray, father of Tom Murray,
leader of the prison break 14 days

statement was the first positive
declaration that Murray will plead
not guilty and will fight the charge
of first degree .murder that Is ex
pected from the Marlon county
grand Jury Friday or Saturday.
The father, accompanied by Mrs.
Murray and Tom's sister, Jean,
spent yesterday here and were al
lowed a twenty-five minute visit
with the prisoner In the morning
and a similar visit In the afternoon.
Immediately after their visit In the
afternoon they left on their return
trip to their home In Balnbrldge
Island. Pucet Sound.
"We will fight the case, but I
don't know what wo can do about

The arrangement of the teeth
and dental work correspond in a
general way to the description of
