ment of several controversial

cently stated: "The negotiations
between Bulgaria and Turkey have
taken a direction toward Itnal
agreement. We shall soon reach
an understanding on ail moot

that Turkish citizens who were
living In Bulgaria before tho Bul-gar-Turklsh
war and now are
living in Angora, will be tree. Ill
